Costa Rica is known for its pristine beaches, unique wildlife and beautiful scenery. If you’ve been on our other retreats you know we like to explore and experience the regions we visit and these excursions are included in the cost of the trip. Some of them include hiking to waterfalls (pictured) and volcanic springs, visiting nearby beaches, zip lining and of course yoga.

This unique retreat will be held in the Umbrian region of Italy often referred to as the "Green Heart". We will be staying in a beautiful 17th century lakeside villa (Pictured: our group doing yoga around the pool). This experience will be like no other with many excursions carefully chosen as places of ancient spiritual and physical healing.

Greece is steeped in ancient and mythological history dating back to 6,000 BC and is home to the oldest cities in Europe. We will be visiting Athens for 2 nights and then fly to the beautiful island of Crete which is one of the largest islands in Greece for 5 nights. We expect that the energy of these places will be a truly unique experience!
