Mt. Shasta in California is known as the one of the most sacred and spiritual places on earth.  It is one of the 7 sacred mountains of the world.  Some believe it represents the root chakra of the earth and Native Americans still perform ceremonies to honor the mountain and its spiritual power.  We are excited to lead this deeply spiritual retreat. 

The cost of the trip will be $2,800 and includes:

• All ground transportation 
• Double occupancy accommodations
• Healthy breakfasts and dinners each day
• snacks and non-alcoholic beverages
• All planned excursions including: hikes to sacred locations, mineral springs, traditional Native American sweat lodge and special pyramid visit)
• Yoga or meditation each day

Flights not included and range from $500-600.  The closest airport is Sacramento (airport code SMF).

We are taking reservations on a first come, first serve basis.  Your initial deposit serves as your reservation and is not refundable unless we cancel the trip.  Please be sure you can commit to the following deposits.

• $500 initial deposit – this deposit is refundable if we cancel the trip however if you need to cancel it is not refundable unless we are able to fill your spot.  We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• 5/15 - $500 second payment due
• 7/15 - $1800 final payment due

 Costa Rica is known for its pristine beaches, unique wildlife and beautiful scenery.  If you’ve been on our other retreats you know we like to explore and experience the regions we visit and these excursions are included in the cost of the trip.  Some of them include hiking to waterfalls (pictured) and volcanic springs, visiting nearby beaches, zip lining and of course there will be a few surprises along the way!  Costa Rica can be a bit physically challenging however you can participate as little or as much as you want.

Please note that Costa Rica requires a valid passport which does not expire within 6 months of the travel date.
